Great Stay! Stayed at Candlewood Suites and had an excellent experience. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service overall was fantastic. Highly recommend!
Overall, it was a great experience after a big hiccup of checking in. The staff was nice but the first room they checked me into was unlocked when I walked up, made up but it was not cleaned. There was dog hair everywhere on the bed and it smelled like somebody was smoking. The second room was much better and clean. The price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area but you also get what you pay for so keep that in mind. Once you don't expect perfection, it's pretty good. Has everything you would need.
My stay at Candlewood Suites was great overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved having a kitchenette. The staff was polite and attentive. A couple of small things could be improved, but I’d recommend this hotel and stay again.
You get what you pay for was looking for a cheaper one night stay and this worked ok (under $115). I’m a little OCD so have to walk around my room with slides on my feet. It would be nice to have a channel list available for the TV. Just needed a place to sleep that seemed safe and it was. Place has a little musty smell, but front desk employee Diego was very nice during check in even offering a 10% off coupon for Texas Roadhouse , however at 5:45 on sat night the wait was 50 minutes so grabbed some IHOP!
I had a wonderful stay at Candlewood Suites. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient for my needs, and the overall value was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again!
I just checked in today. Not sure why all the negative reviews but before I got here I was freaking out reading them. My room on the 5th floor was just fine, clean, with full size fridge, microwave even a dishwasher and two burner electric stove. Two queen beds very comfortable. I would stay again.
Stayed here for a couple of nights Very friendly staff Rooms are cozy with kitchen, stove, full fridge, coffee maker, desk. Rooms smell GREAT! Beds are VERY comfy, I slept like a baby OUTLETS ARE EVERYWHERE Shower and bathrooms were perfect. Shower head has better pressure than my own apt Dove soap was supplied My only peeve was that the laundry room is next to the fitness area making it tough for me to workout
